With a contract!! I did a marathon over the holidays of showing 30+ homes to two different couples and one found their dream home that we close on this month. The market is busy, my phone is ringing, despite the holidays and that ALWAYS is a good sign. I feel as though 2011 will be much better than the past year. That is my prayer and hope. Already I am witnessing the market turning on my end with my listings being shown and buyers starting to take advantage of the low prices.
The market is FULL of great deals and I have a list that I will post after couple number "2" makes their decision because we have seen some really fabulously priced homes with lots to offer!!
I am back and hitting the ground running this year. After baby number I took after taking a mini sabbatical (and now that the baby is two and far easier to leave), I am devoting more time and energy to finding clients to work with.
